Separation Anxiety training is a sub threshold training taking entirely at your dogs pace, to ensure no discomfort is caused.
Separation anxiety training is more effective when done remotely, as your dog needs to learn to cope with your absence, not your trainer. Having a trainer present can disrupt the assessment, creating an unnatural situation for your dog. Additionally, there's no need for your trainer to see your dog in distress. The goal is to evaluate what your dog can handle in the most organic way at home.
